Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Chapter Mail Scoops is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Mystery Package Policy To preserve the mystery experience, we do not share the contents of your order prior to delivery. However, we do record and post our packing process on our social media pages — so if you'd like to keep the surprise intact, you may want to avoid our packing videos until your order arrives! 🎉
